The Way I See It

So many times as the children of God, we wonder what is it that God sees in us, why He cares about us, or even if He even loves us or thinks about us. Why can't we believe that we are lovable and simply irresistible to Him?
In spite of everything we see wrong with ourselves, He adores us! When He looks at us he sees victorious conquerors, one who is not afraid to keep trying in spite of struggles, weaknesses, or failures. He also sees Himself because we were created in His image. He also sees strength, beauty, grace, compassion, and love. Oh, and He sees blood. That's right, He sees His Son's blood smeared all over us and how radiant it makes us, and boy oh boy do
you wear it well! He sees us praying; wishing; and hoping to change us, we have so many insecurities. He sees us wavering from time to time on which path to take and what decisions to make. He sees us battling with ourselves and others too because the enemy has lied about what He sees in us. Simply put, our perception of what He sees is totally false. His eye upon us is not focused on our failures, but on what we acknowledge, confess, and repent from doing. My friend, God is not out to destroy but to uphold us, and to finally bring us to a place where we see what in ourselves, what He sees in us.
... And if this is what He sees in me guess what? This Is What I Choose to See! in YOU!

Thank you so much for the reminder of how God truly loves me!! It is so refreshing and reassuring to get a reality check that God is there and only wants the best for ME. The lonlineess of the battle seems like there is no one there. I know that God is but sometimes I feel completely alone. I am trying to still see in myself what God see's in me. Thank you for always encouraging each of us, yes God see us as we are with his amazing grace and love. This is the faith that should feel within ourselves, knowing and believing that his love is everlasting.
I Absolutely Love this message! I often askEd GOD that same question.. ”GOD, What do You see in me that I don’t see?” I love the fact that He doesn’t just see my flaws, but HE sees a Beautiful Creation that HE has made. And Yes, there are flaws & cracks, bruises, scraps, bumps, masks, and everything else I have put on myself and or someone else may have tried to put on me, but HE sees me as Fearfully & Wonderfully made. I’am HIS Workmanship and I am pray each day that I come into the real knowing of how much HE truly Loves me and sees me Just as I’am.
