Different Yet the Same

ree

Did you know that there are 71 different species of Eagles? Not all eagles are bald eagles, not all eagles are fish eagles and not all eagles are indigenous to the United States. In Fact, Eagles are so diverse that one would have a hard time placing them all in one category. Yet the mighty bird of prey is still an eagle regardless to which category he may fall into. Eagles do not try to be what they are not. A white-tailed sea eagle doesn't try to be a bald eagle, neither does the bald eagle chide or ridicule the Philippine serpent eagle for not being a bald eagle. They understand that while they are different and live in different places and hunt different prey when it is all said and done, they are all eagles.

What a wonderful lesson for us all. We are each different for we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Yet we are all God's workmanship created for His good pleasure. We are all a part of the body of Christ but we are not all ears and hands and feet. We all have a specific purpose that required specific gifting from the Holy Spirit and even when we have the same gift there is a different manifestation of that self same gift based off of the unique person that God created you to be.

We were made on purpose, for purpose and filled with purpose, and as I like to say, God has the most amazing plan for you. Therefore don't let anyone try to make you be a mini them...merely reflect the Father , the Great I AM who created you. He wants you just the way that you are. That is why he made you the way that He did. Refuse to become a part of or a victim of the Petty Party. Learn from the eagle and just...BE

I leave you with this lesson from the eagle: Know and Understand who you are and who you are

in God
